Enclosure with through flange for long parts. It has special double layer rubber diaphragms on doors up to 450mm in diameter. High performance suction gun blasting and traditional balloon type dust collector. Working chamber with:

ENVIRONMENTAL EQUIPMENT ZS 9075/Y

It is the ZS 9075 blasting cabinet with built-in Dust Collector. Cartridge type filter with built-in pulsating air jet. Significantly improves ambient air by better fine dust filtration by not having to “hit” the collector for cleaning. A closed waste container is incorporated. Operators will have much less contact with dust and the peripheral environment will require fewer cleaning actions. Indicated where clean environments are desired. PRESSURIZED BLASTING OFFICE ZP 120/110 Y

Suitable for heavier abrasives such as steel or stainless steel grit, conditions that require high production, for blasting with plastic abrasive. Usually sold in “Y” configuration with cartridge type dust collector. Several nozzle sizes are offered.

HEAVY DUTY ZP 4242 CABINET (Pressure) / ZS 4242 (Suction)

In this line there is a 42 ”turntable (optional 62”) which is easily accessible through the front opening of the cabinet leaving 60% of the table free and ready to receive heavy parts via hoist. Tables for 500, 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 kg Available heights: 42 ”, 62”, 82 ”. Marketed only with pulsed jet cartridge dust collector. Available options: Swivel drum, 02-door diaphragm (for long parts and piping), 02 nozzles, vertical gun movement, pressure tanks of various capacities.

AUTOMATIC BLASTING EQUIPMENT ZAR 700

ZJU 55 WET JET EQUIPMENT

Zirtec has a specific line for applications involving wet blasting with special abrasives such as fine aluminum oxide, ceramics, glass microspheres, plastic, garnet, etc. The equipment can be supplied with various table diameters and heights (up to 82 "). The cabinet and tank are usually stainless steel and have various types of filtration, hydrocyclones and oil skimmers. They are available with 2 bar to 1000 bar pressure pumps as well as optional rinse and drying stages. Operations may be manual or automated.
